- Staff are on hand to assist 24 hours a day.
- Emergency evacuation procedure for guests requiring assistance (please notify on arrival if assistance on evacuation is needed).

- In accordance with legislation, smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
- Mobile phone signal with most providers is good in the area.
- The fire alarm system is bells, sirens and flashing lights. Assistance is given with evacuation if necessary.
