Our Reception Team are available 24 hours a day. The reception is open from 7am to 11pm, with Night Porter service 11am to 7am. If you require any help with your luggage, luggage storage (for up to 6 hours but not overnight), laundry, taxis, early morning call, express check out or a medical emergency please contact Reception by dialling ‘0’. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and Amex. We also have a Fax machine for use at a charge.
In Room Amenities
Rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, which is in the cupboard under the TV, hard wired points, toiletries, towels, iron and ironing boards. Fridges, bottled water and other amenities are available during your stay at an extra cost. Other complimentary products are available 24 hours a day from the reception. Check out is 11.00 am and check in is 3pm. We do offer late checkout at an additional £10 per hour (subject to availability).
Functions and Meeting Rooms
The Quays Sheffield provides modern, flexible facilities for all meetings and conferences there are 9 meeting and function rooms, which can hold up to 260 guests, along with high-speed internet access in all rooms and public areas. Our team can assist you to organise a company dinner dance, themed banquet or a gala ball. Each event is treated individually to give you complete flexibility. Please contact either our Duty Manager or our conference and banqueting team.
When you visit the Quays Leisure club, you can look forward to a friendly and personalised service. The leisure club offers Fitness Room, Exercise Classes, Steam Room and Swimming Pool. All facilities are complimentary when staying as a guest at the hotel.

Served in the Quays Restaurant located on the 1st floor, our breakfast offers a full hot & cold buffet breakfast daily for hotel guests, including a varied selection of cereals, chilled fruit juices and bakery goods – all available along with a full Legacy breakfast.

Snacks and Beverages
Including bottled water are available at the reception 24 hours a day at a charge.
A same day dry cleaning and laundry service is available Monday to Friday. All items received by 08:30 hours will be returned on the same day. A laundry bag can be found in your wardrobe. Please complete the laundry form, which can be found in the wardrobe and contact reception to arrange collection.
We operate a 100% NO SMOKING or VAPING policy inside the hotel premises. We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the bedrooms or public areas. If you are caught smoking in your room a fine of £100 will be applied to your bill to cover the cost of fumigating and servicing the room after departure.
Our car park is charged at £7 overnight for our guests, this is payable at the reception, or alternatively at the machine opposite to reception. Please ensure that your vehicle is locked and remove all valuables from sight. The hotel cannot accept any responsibility for damage or theft to your vehicle.
There is a safe in every room, Guests are advised that the Management cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of guest possessions. This includes items sent before arrival or left after departure.
In the event of a fire
On discovering a fire, please use the nearest telephone to contact the reception desk (0)
Close all doors and windows.
Proceed to the nearest safe exit and leave the building.
On hearing the alarm
Immediately make your way out the building using the nearest safe exit.

Do not stop to collect your personal belongings
Do not return to the building to collect personal belongings until instructed that it is safe to do so by the Fire Marshall.
